DOCTOR Q&A

Frequently Asked

Common questions from patients answered by the doctor.

Q1

When do you feel most rewarded in your work?

The greatest reward is hearing that a patient's daily life has genuinely become easier after treatment.

One comment that stays with me: "After treatment at Moon Dental I eat so well I've gained weight."

When I hear that the result was not just a change in the teeth but helped the patient eat and live comfortably again, I feel great pride as their doctor.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my treatment bring a good change to someone's everyday life.

Q2

Is there anything you would like to say to patients?

I hope patients feel as at home here as in their own house and visit without hesitation.

People tend to think of the dentist as somewhere to go only when it hurts, but I would like it to be a place where you check on and care for your teeth routinely.

Even for small questions or minor discomfort, please do not hesitate to come in and tell us.

I want us to be a clinic you can turn to comfortably whenever you need.

Q3

What do you coordinate most carefully with patients in prosthetic treatment?

Keeping to the basic principles of dental treatment comes first.

Within those principles, I listen fully to what the patient most wants from treatment and we think through the possible directions together.

Rather than the doctor deciding alone, the patient's own thoughts and wishes are important in making the plan.

Keeping the fundamentals while reflecting the patient's wishes as much as possible — that is what I focus on when planning prosthetic treatment.

Q4

What should patients pay most attention to after prosthetic treatment?

After a new restoration is fitted, giving yourself enough time to adapt is important.

A new restoration can feel different at first, so during the adjustment period please use it gently rather than pushing it hard from day one.

Getting used to the new restoration is part of the treatment itself.

Right after fitting, please take it slowly and let yourself adapt.
