Can I book for the same day?
Yes. Depending on bookings there may be a wait, so please check by phone or KakaoTalk before visiting.
Where can I park?
The mechanical parking under the hospital (52 Mannam-ro, Moon Tower) is free. SUVs and large cars cannot use it — please use Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 5 (10 Meokgeori 1-gil, a 5-minute walk). Get your parking stamp or ticket at reception.
Can I be treated if I have high blood pressure, diabetes or a heart condition?
Yes. We keep blood-pressure, glucose, ECG and oxygen-saturation monitors on site, and we check your medications (blood thinners, osteoporosis drugs, etc.) beforehand so treatment is safe.
Can I know the cost in advance?
For non-covered treatments (implants, orthodontics, aesthetics) we provide a written estimate of cost and duration for each option after a precise diagnosis. No costs are added after you start without your prior consent.
Does health insurance cover implants?
Patients aged 65 and over with National Health Insurance are covered for up to 2 implants in a lifetime at 30% co-payment. This applies to partial tooth loss — even one remaining tooth qualifies.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Naver bookings can be changed or cancelled on the booking page; otherwise please contact us by phone or KakaoTalk. Changes are possible until the day before your appointment.
